Empowering Minds to Prevent What Hurts the Body

BOF believes that the first step to healing is understanding. Through our Health Education & Awareness program, we equip individuals and communities with the knowledge to recognize symptoms early, seek proper care, and break harmful myths around common health conditions. From fibroids and breast lumps to high blood pressure, diabetes, and mental health, we’re creating a more informed public—especially in rural and low-income areas where misinformation leads to fear, stigma, and delayed care.
